system used in all the states and cities mentioned, and the system
featured in all the clips in the segment, is the BSM Stinger
system, the standard
in Bait Car technology adopted by over 200 law enforcement
agencies across North America, including the RCMP. Whenever a Stinger Bait Car program is introduced into a high car theft crime area, car theft rates are soon reduced by about 40%, while conviction rates for car thieves apprehended by the Stinger system approach 100%. |
